Where It Started
Born and raised in the suburbs of Detroit, John started performing at local events while still in his teens. His uncanny mentalist abilities and sharp comedic timing quickly made him a favorite at corporate events and private parties across the country.
In 2003, the Discovery Channel put that reputation to the ultimate test. During the finale of
“More Than Human,” producers pitted John against top body language experts and cutting-edge thought-reading technology, in one of the most elaborate lie-detection experiments ever built for television. Man versus machine. John held his own.
